Extension troubleshooting
Tips for scanning job listings and application questions with the Easy-AIpply side panel.
Before you scan
- Open the full job listing page in the active browser tab.
- On LinkedIn, click Easy Apply before scanning for application questions.
- Sign in to Easy-AIpply in the extension before using AI features.
Scan does nothing
- Refresh the job listing tab and try again.
- Reload the extension from chrome://extensions if the panel looks stale.
- Confirm you are signed in and your session has not expired.
No application questions found
- Click Easy Apply or Apply so the form is visible (questions may appear on a later modal step).
- Scan again once the form is on screen.
- Or add questions manually in the Application questions section.
Job description missing
- This page may not be supported yet. Try another job board or ATS.
- You can still add application questions manually and generate answers.
Still stuck?
Review your profile and job preferences in the web dashboard, or sign in if the extension says your session expired.
