Terms of Service

Easy AIpply provides an AI-powered job application assistant designed to help users tailor resumes, write cover letters, and generate answers to application questions. The Services include our website at easy-aipply.com, the web application at app.easy-aipply.com, and the Easy AIpply Chrome extension (collectively, the "Services").

The Chrome extension runs content scripts on supported job sites. It performs read-only scans of your active tab only when you click Scan or Rescan in the side panel, to provide relevant context for our AI generation tools. The extension does not autofill application forms or submit applications on your behalf.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You may sign up using email or third-party authentication providers, including Google and LinkedIn ("OAuth"). When you use OAuth, we receive basic profile information from the provider (such as your name and email address) as permitted by your provider account settings.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable subscription fees, Easy AIpply grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial job search activities.

Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, copy, reproduce, or distribute the Services or any content therein.
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose, or for any public display without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the Easy AIpply software or Chrome extension.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-submit, or bypass rate limits without our written permission.
• Submit AI-generated content to employers or job boards without reviewing it for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Use the Services in a manner that violates applicable laws or the terms of service of third-party websites (such as job boards or ATS platforms).

We may offer a free trial or a limited free tier. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free tier at any time.

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate resumes, cover letters, and application answers. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before submitting it to employers or job platforms.

Easy AIpply does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content. We do not guarantee that use of the Services will result in securing employment, interviews, or passing applicant tracking system (ATS) filters.

You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You agree not to rely on AI-generated content without independent verification.

The Easy AIpply Chrome extension is designed with a user-initiated, privacy-conscious architecture:

• Read-only job scanning: On supported job sites, the extension uses content scripts to read page content only when you click Scan or Rescan in the side panel. It does not autofill application forms or submit applications on your behalf.
• Side panel suggestions: AI-generated answers and related suggestions appear in the extension side panel. You choose what to copy and paste into job board or employer sites.
• Optional visual aids: On some job search pages, the extension may show lightweight on-page indicators (for example, highlighting roles that match your blocklist preferences). These aids do not change form data or submit applications.
• Third-party compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the extension complies with the terms of service of job boards and other third-party sites you visit.

You may delete your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at contact@threetech.consulting. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required by law. If your account is terminated for cause, you are not entitled to a refund of prepaid subscription fees except where required by law.

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and branding, are owned by Three Tech Consulting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as resumes and cover letters). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and use that content solely to provide and improve the Services for you.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Easy AIpply makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall Easy AIpply, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services, including inaccuracies in AI-generated text.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page, update the version identifier displayed at the top, and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Three Tech Consulting operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
